I have done several coaching courses, in which I obtained knowledge in quite a few coaching styles.

What I mainly use is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC), Positive Psychology Coaching (PPC) and High Performance Coaching (HPC). These 3 styles have both the most academic backing as well as most concrete, measurable and relevant. Having said that, I am not shy to pragmatically use Systematic Coaching, NLP and psychodynamic coaching if, I believe, this will help you in your process and get you to your desired outcome quicker. What I add to these styles is my experience and my personality.

My experience in working at a high level in business and in sports, in undergoing coaching and in being ambitious, but not being sure in which direction to direct this ambition and/ or where/ how to start. In terms of personality, I bring a strong sense of (realistic) optimism and believe empowering you to help you see, believe and act. Furthermore, I can bring encouraging energy, but also mix in calm and slowdown when deep introspection is required. I also bring a mix a emotional sensitivity as well as rational thinking, depending on what is required at a specific point in time.

Finally, I bring strategy and structure to your coaching process. All of these things tee us up to empower to you see what you want to after, make a plan, execute and realize what you are after and, at the same time, be both happy and fulfilled with the process of getting there as well as the end result.
